Refund policy
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges based on the following guidelines. By purchasing our products and completing your transaction, you agree to the following.
First, if the product is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturers defect, we will happily replace the item, or refund the purchase price, at our discretion.
Second, if the product has no defect and the return is due to any other reason, we will refund the cost of the product(s), with a 15% restocking fee to cover expenses of the return process, with the return shipping costs being the responsibility of the buyer.
Furthermore, our patches, badges and lapel pins are stock items and fall within our return policy. All other items are produced upon receipt of order and are considered "Custom" for the sake of this policy.
All CUSTOM items with a manufacturers defect can be exchanged, or refunded at the discretion of Responder Depot after proof of the defect is provided.
We do not accept custom product returns under any other circumstance.
