Shipping policy
Our shipping department is located in Dallas, Texas and open Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00, closed Statutory Holidays and Weekends.
For these reasons, we make every attempt to ensure that all orders received by 12:00 noon, will be shipped the same business day. All orders after 12:00 noon will ship out the following business day. No orders received from Friday afternoon, until Monday morning will ship out until Monday, or the earliest next business day.
As many of our products are produced when ordered, our shipping time will vary from 1-4 days depending on the product ordered, and the time of day the order was received. Please allow up to 1 week for the tracking number to show movement of your purchase.
We are pleased to offer FREE Shipping with USPS Ground Advantage (Package/Thick Envelope) for all orders shipped from our warehouse to customers within the continental U.S.
We are happy to ship to Canada and Mexico for a $14.00 flat rate. Please note. TAXES, CUSTOMS and DUTIES are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Due to problems with customers in Europe, we no longer ship outside North America.
